SCCS Homeschool Hybrid Program
2 DAYS On Campus.
5 DAYS OF IMPACT.
A hybrid model built on over 40 years of trusted Christian education!
Many hybrid programs are built from the ground up. Ours is built on over 40 years of Christ-centered education. At SCCS, your child isn’t joining a new program. They’re becoming part of a thriving school community, with experienced teachers, proven curriculum, and a model designed to support both the classroom and the home.
SCCS homeschool Hybrid program offers:
Clear Structure at Home (No Guesswork): We equip you to succeed at home. We partner with you to make home learning simple, focused, and effective. There is no guesswork, just clear guidance for every day.
Biblical Worldview Shaping: Helping your child develop a biblical worldview is at the core of everything we do. Guided by Psalm 24:1, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it,” your child learns that God’s truth is woven through all of life. Every subject, every lesson, and every experience points to Him, helping them grow with a Christ-centered perspective at school and at home.
Strong Academic Outcomes: An academically rigorous curriculum plan rooted in 40+ years of experience and excellence.
Community: Families build meaningful friendships with others who share their faith. Parents are welcomed into campus life and classrooms, and students actively participate in schoolwide events, building their connected, supportive and Christ centered community.
Meaningful On-Campus Days: Collaborative, engaging, and joy-filled experiences every time your child is on campus.
Flexibility for Family Life: A schedule that supports your family’s priorities, giving you more time for what matters most to you while keeping learning on track.
The SCCS Difference:
-
A professional, on-site security guard is present during school hours, ensuring a safe and secure campus environment. From arrival to dismissal, our campus operates with professional security systems, trained staff, professional safety protocols, and consistent supervision.
-
From volunteering on the playground or attending weekly chapel, to assisting teachers in the classroom during center rotations, we welcome parents as active participants in campus life!
-
Each class has its own dedicated classroom space designed to reflect the students who learn there each day. Student work is displayed and the environment becomes familiar and welcoming. Parents are invited in as part of the experience, creating a space that feels connected, personal, and truly your child’s own.
-
SCCS offers meaningful opportunities for parents to connect and grow through our Moms’ Fellowship Club and Dads’ Fellowship Nights. Moms gather twice a month for encouragement, community, and time in God’s Word. Dads meet once a month for fellowship, dinner, and practical, faith-filled conversation. These gatherings create space for genuine relationships to form, helping you feel truly known, supported, and part of the SCCS family.
-
Before the year begins, families are invited to our Ice Cream Social Meet the Teacher Night, giving you the opportunity to step onto campus, visit your child’s new classroom, and connect with their teacher in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
A few weeks into the school year, we host Back to School Night, designed to help you feel fully acclimated to our rhythms, expectations, and curriculum. During this evening, teachers share a deeper look at the year ahead and partner with you to support your child’s growth and success.
-
Students are fully welcomed and encouraged to be part of everything we do at SCCS. From chapel and school-wide events, to beach bonfires, father-daughter dances, mother-son events, sports partnerships, and more! There is always a place for you here. Whether you are on campus daily or part-time, you are invited to participate, connect, and experience the full life of our school community.
-
Students will attend chapel each week on Wednesday morning. Through worship, biblical teaching, and prayer, students are encouraged to deepen their understanding of God’s Word and apply it to their daily lives. Parents are always welcome to attend chapel each week and be part of what students are learning and experiencing.
-
Students at SCCS enjoy a structured and social snack and lunchtime experience designed just for their grade level. Each class gathers in our indoor lunchroom, where students have a dedicated time to eat, connect with friends, and enjoy a calm break in their day. After finishing snack and lunch, students head outside for the remainder of their recess to play, move, and recharge before returning to the classroom.
