Michele Carothers
Transitional Kindergarten
My name is Michele Carothers, and I’m from the beautiful Big Bear Lake, California. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee and later completed my Master’s in Education at Concordia University. My teaching philosophy centers on adapting to the diverse needs of students, ensuring that each child feels supported and valued in their learning journey. Whether through project-based learning, collaborative activities, or differentiated instruction, my goal is to foster a postitive and engaging environment where every student can thrive. Outside of teaching, I deeply cherish my family, my faith in Jesus, hosting gatherings, road trips, and being outdoors. This is my first year with SCCS, and I’m incredibly excited to be part of such an amazing community!
