Casey Peterson

Hello, my name is Casey Peterson and this will be my third year teaching at San Clemente Christian School. I graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelors of Science in Education, with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Intervention. My experience includes teaching kindergarten for four years in Virginia and in Ohio, prior to joining the SCCS family. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is a unique gift from God, and it is my mission to nurture their curiosity, creativity and faith. It is my goal to create a positive, welcoming classroom environment, instill a love of learning and a heart for Jesus in the little lives that will fill the classroom each year. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy walking the beach trail and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to another amazing year here at SCCS, full of love, laughter and new adventures!
