Noelle Sands
Principal of Spiritual & Community Life
It is both a blessing and an honor to serve as the Principal of Spiritual & Community Life at San Clemente Christian School. I am passionate about guiding students in developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and inspiring them to follow Him wholeheartedly. I firmly believe that as we work together to lay a strong spiritual foundation, God will move in their lives, enabling them to flourish academically, socially, and spiritually. My heart is to direct students to discover their true identity in Christ, nurturing them in a secure and supportive environment that fosters confidence and character. With this solid foundation, they are equipped to embark on their next chapter of life with purpose and unwavering faith. My passion is creating meaningful opportunities that deepen your child's understanding of who God is, strengthen their faith in Jesus, and inspire them to shine as a light in the world around them.
My education background includes extensive experience in both general and special education within private and public schools. At SCCS, prior to serving in administration I had the privilege of teaching second grade for many years, which deepened my commitment to our school community. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Intervention. Additionally, I earned a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, an Educational Specialist Teaching Credential for Moderate/Severe needs, and an English Learner Authorization from California State University, Long Beach.
My love for the Lord fuels my dedication to supporting students, families, and teachers, both locally and globally. I have been fortunate to travel to Africa, India, China, and South Korea, partnering with missionaries to impact lives for Jesus through education.
At SCCS, my heart is devoted to creating a Christ-centered environment where your child is loved, supported, and encouraged to strive for academic excellence. It is my prayer that each student grows into the person God has created them to be, surrounded by opportunities that foster their spiritual and academic development. I am excited to get to know your family and embark on this journey together throughout the year.
