My name is Tania Alward, and I am honored to serve as Principal of Academics at San Clemente Christian School - a place where faith and learning intersect!

This is my second year serving as administrator at SCCS and my 15th year in education. I have had the privilege of working and teaching at the elementary, middle school, and college levels in both public and private schools.  I completed my Bachelor's degree and Teaching Credential Program at Concordia University, Irvine, and I hold a Master of Arts Degree from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) in Organizational Communication.

2 Corinthians 8:7 encourages believers to excel in all things: "Excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for God."  This scripture is the foundation of my commitment to lead a community that pursues excellence in all that we do, for the glory of God.  I firmly believe that building a strong educational foundation equips students to fulfill their God-given purpose, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with our gifted educators and staff to create a learning environment where students experience high levels of academic growth, increased confidence in themselves, and an amplified love for Jesus.

Thank you for entrusting your child's education to San Clemente Christian School.
